We are thrilled to invite you to AHEAD’s 2026 Women in Tech event, "Define the Flightpath, Elevate the Mission" in Philadelphia, PA. This year’s theme is all about recognizing the force, focus, and fearless leadership within every woman in tech and charting the next bold chapter - together.
We’ll begin with a partner networking breakfast, creating space to connect with fellow innovators, allies, and industry leaders as you map new opportunities and collaborations. From there, a client panel will spotlight women who are actively piloting transformation in their organizations, sharing real-world stories, hard-won insights, and practical strategies for navigating critical inflection points in their careers and companies.
For our keynote speaker, we are delighted to share that this year we have secured Lindsey Chrismon, Co-Founder and CEO of Oply, an AI-powered home management platform. Lindsey has a lengthy list of accomplishments, which include becoming one of Inc. Magazine’s 2026 “500 Most Inspirational Women Founders," being awarded Nashville's 40 under 40 award in 2025, winning Harvard University's Female Founders Pitch Competition in 2025, and of course, being a brand-new mom to a beautiful baby girl named, Cooper. Her story embodies what it means to define your own flightpath, lead with courage, and elevate every mission you touch.
We’ll close the day with a celebratory happy hour, giving you time to continue conversations, expand your network, and reflect on the new flightpath you’re defining-plus enjoy a few exciting surprises we have planned.

Upon arriving at the Kimpton Hotel, please follow the signs directing you to the Lafayette Ballroom. Please check in with a member of the AHEAD marketing team stationed at the entrance. After checking in, proceed into the ballroom where a warm welcome breakfast awaits. Here, you will have the opportunity to hear from our engaging female-led client panel followed by our keynote speaker, Lindsey Chrismon. This session promises to be insightful and inspiring, highlighting the achievements and experiences of remarkable women in tech.

CPT Lindsey Chrismon | Co-Founder/CEO of Oply
Lindsey Chrismon is the Co-Founder and CEO of Oply, an AI-powered home intelligence platform. Oply helps homeowners nationwide proactively manage and protect their most valuable asset by using artificial intelligence to predict, automate, and streamline home maintenance.
Before entering the world of venture-backed technology, Lindsey served nearly a decade in the United States Army. A 2014 graduate of the United States Military Academy, where she was selected as First Captain of the Corps of Cadets, only the fourth woman in history to hold the position, she branched Aviation and went on to fly the AH-64D Apache helicopter.
In 2018, Lindsey was competitively selected into the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), where she became the first and only woman in U.S. Army history to fly the AH-6M Little Bird attack helicopter. She served as an Air Mission Commander in combat operations, leading complex joint missions across multiple theaters.
Following her military service, Lindsey earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and transitioned into entrepreneurship. She has since raised venture capital, built and led a high-performance team, and positioned Oply at the intersection of AI innovation and public policy. In addition to running Oply, she is a Veteran Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford, where she focuses on ensuring AI policy supports early-stage innovation and responsible technology deployment.
Lindsey lives in Nashville with her husband, Gabe and their daughter, Cooper. She remains passionate about leadership, national competitiveness, emerging technology, and empowering the next generation of women to pursue the hardest paths available.
