Abstract: Most AI talks are highlight reels. This one isn’t. We’re going to walk to the edge of what today’s AI can actually do and show you exactly where and why it breaks down. Writing that sounds competent but says nothing. Analysis that looks rigorous but is quietly wrong. Long tasks where small errors snowball into nonsense.
Understanding where AI fails isn’t pessimism. It’s one of the most valuable things you can know because it shows you where to keep a human in the loop, where to add verification, and where human judgment matters most.
